Brandi Pack

Brandi Pack is the Director of Innovation at UpLevel Ops, where she brings a bold, visionary approach to the intersection of Legal Technology, AI, and operational strategy. In this role, Brandi leads the firm's Generative AI (GAI) Management Program and plays a pivotal role in shaping future-forward solutions for both UpLevel’s Advisory Team and its clients.

She also heads UpLevel’s GAI Subscription Services, delivering scalable, secure, and strategic AI-powered tools that reimagine how legal departments operate. From policy design to practical implementation, Brandi helps legal teams turn emerging technologies into lasting operational value. A frequent speaker and advisor on legal AI adoption, she is known for making cutting-edge tech accessible, actionable, and impactful.

Brandi’s background spans legal operations, project management, and IT, with strategic roles at Hewlett-Packard, Constellation Brands, and Goodwill Industries. Her passion for AI innovation was sparked in 2022 when she gained early access to GPT-4 and immediately recognized its transformative potential for the legal field.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Oregon and multiple professional certifications. Recognized by organizations such as Hewlett-Packard and the Tug McGraw Foundation, Brandi is committed to thoughtful innovation, helping both the UpLevel team and clients stay ahead of the curve in the fast-moving universe of legal technology.

Dr. Ravi Brahmbhatt

Dr. Ravi Brahmbhatt is an experienced educator, entrepreneur, and innovation leader empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs and business owners. As Director of Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Houston Community College, he has led the development of nationally and regionally recognized degree and certificate programs focused on entrepreneurship, earning widespread recognition for their effectiveness and relevance.

In addition, Dr. Brahmbhatt holds key leadership positions in the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. He serves as the Education Chair for TiE Houston and contributes to the global leadership of the TiE University program, where he helps expand entrepreneurship education worldwide. He also serves as a Board Advisor for the Houston Regional Veteran Chamber of Commerce and Innovation Spark, a nonprofit supporting STEM education. As a mentor with SCORE and the University of Houston’s SURE program, he actively supports emerging business owners and startup founders.

He is deeply committed to developing and delivering proven entrepreneurship programs while championing initiatives that support entrepreneurs in building sustainable enterprises. He brings a unique blend of academic expertise, industry experience, and a passion for fostering economic growth through entrepreneurship.
